I want to give you some flowers because I think you’re pretty cool.Read More
This weekend I had the opportunity to work with my favorite ladies at Whim Events on a beautiful classic wedding in the State Room, a venue that is truly one of Boston's best. Being so high above the city, the massive tufts of florals suspended on tall glass vases mimicked clouds with just a touch of blush and greenery.
Each arrangement featured an assortment of hydrangea, roses, and peonies in white and blush with accents of cymbidium orchids, hydrangea leaf, and other greens to create a large pouf of flowers. While it can be a challenge figuring out how to make stems disappear completely or how to balance a flower cloud on a 2.5 foot tall vase, working with some other talented creatives was such a fun and educational experience.
